Managing Moods - Sunday, March 18, 2-4pm
Being a holistic system, Ayurveda addresses the mental and emotional aspects of health in addition to the physical. Understanding your individual constitution and tendencies is the first step to finding practices that maintain and/or restore balance during times of stress or emotional upset. Fun with Aromatherapy Spritzers  - Thursday, March 22, 7-8pm
You bring or buy a spritzer bottle, and we will have an assortment of essential oils, plus suggestions for which ones to use to help restore balance. Suggested donation $5.

Let's Make Kitchari in a Multipot  - Thursday, March 29, 7-8pm
Kitchari is a wholesome and easy-to-digest dish that is often used to restore the digestive fire. We will bring the mung beans, basmati rice and spice blend. You will see how quick and simple it is in a multipot, then get to sample the goodness. Suggested donation $5.

Healing Your Life - 6-Week Ayurvedic Lifestyle Course - Tuesday evenings, 6:30-8:30pm, March 20 through April 24

Join us for this 6-week Ayurvedic Fundamentals course based on the book by Dr. Marc Halpern, "Healing Your Life - Lessons on the Path of Ayurveda". In these fascinating, fun and interactive classes, learn how to bring the ancient teachings of Ayurveda into your life. Ayurveda is the oldest system of medicine in the world, the sister science to yoga, and addresses healing at the root.

Please bring the following items to class in order to participate in the activities. You can purchase a kit on the first day of class for $53. If you already have some of the items, you can bring them and purchase those needed.

- Self-massage oil (recommended 4 oz. bottle)
- Eye wash cup
