In this one-hour class, we will discuss the basic principles to help understand your unique constitution and how diet and lifestyle can be tailored to your individual needs. Learn how consultations with an Ayurvedic Health Coach/Educator can be a source of support on your journey to making positive and sustainable changes.

Healing Your Life - Jan. 29-Mar. 5  OR  Feb. 4-Mar. 11

A 6-week foundational course in healthy living through Ayurveda. In these fascinating, fun and interactive classes, learn how to bring the ancient teachings of Ayurveda into your life. Ayurveda is the oldest system of medicine in the world, the sister science to Yoga, and addresses healing at the root. Topics covered include:
- Basic principles of Ayurveda
- Your natural constitution and nature of imbalances
- The cause of disease
- Healing your life using five sense therapies: food, touch, aromatherapy, color therapy, sound therapy, and healthy lifestyle routines
- Therapies including meditation, nasal cleansing, breathing techniques and more!

Two options for times:
- Monday nights 7-9 pm, January 29 through March 5 - with Troy Pyles, RYT 200, AHE (intern)
- Sunday mornings 9:30-11:30 am, February 4 through March 11 - with Eszter Gozon, LMT, RYT 200, AHE (intern)
     
Cost is $108. Materials required to participate in activities. Kit available for $53 and includes neti pot, tongue cleaner, self-massage oil and other items. Items can also be purchased individually.

Better Sleep through Ayurveda - January 26, 6:30-8:30pm

Understand the Ayurvedic viewpoint on causes of poor sleep, including insomnia and trouble waking up. We will explore lifestyle practices and sensory therapies that help find balance and align with your constitution and current state. Conscious Living from an Ayurvedic Viewpoint - February 16, 6:30-8:30pm
