Have you wanted to try nasal irrigation but were too afraid? Fear no more! You will learn all the tips and tricks to make this amazing Ayurvedic practice easy, safe and worry-free. Neti has been used effectively for centuries to reduce sinus congestion, help with seasonal allergies and provide clarity to the mind. Healing Your Life - 6-Week Ayurvedic Lifestyle Course - Tuesday evenings, 6:30-8:30pm, March 20 through April 24

Join us for this 6-week Ayurvedic Fundamentals course based on the book by Dr. Marc Halpern, "Healing Your Life - Lessons on the Path of Ayurveda". In these fascinating, fun and interactive classes, learn how to bring the ancient teachings of Ayurveda into your life. Ayurveda is the oldest system of medicine in the world, the sister science to yoga, and addresses healing at the root.

Please bring the following items to class in order to participate in the activities. You can purchase a kit on the first day of class for $53. If you already have some of the items, you can bring them and purchase those needed.
